Centurylink Hsi Subscriber Agreement Changes

The plan cannot be combined with other actions.

If the service is terminated on a day other than the last day of your billing cycle, all monthly rates, fees and taxes are fully applicable and payments received for unused services will not be refunded or credited to the account.
